The organizations for the trial business include Litigation Service Center, Executive Office, and Trial Management Office.

The Litigation Service Center is responsible for diversified dispute resolution, case filing, separation of case trial and dispute mediation, trial assistance, and complaint involving lawsuit, etc.

The Executive Office is responsible for handling all kinds of compulsory enforcement cases accepted by the court and matters entrusted by other courts for enforcement; implementing civil preservation rulings; trying cases involving conduct and subject enforcement objection cases, enforcement supervision cases, and cases applying for non-execution of notarized creditor’s rights documents.

The Trial Management Office is responsible for the management of the court’s trial process, trial quality, trial efficiency, trial performance, and affairs of judicial committees. The office is also responsible for the analysis of the running status of trial execution, case supervision, handling and guidance, publication of judgment documents; writing of materials, judicial research and judicial publicity, as well as judicial reform and judicial advice management.

The judicial administrative organ of the court is the General Office (Judicial Police Brigade), which is responsible for ideological and political education, personnel management, institutional establishment, training and commendation, cultural construction, etc. The office is also responsible for the court’s Party building work, discipline inspection and supervision, organization, coordination and handling of judicial and governmental affairs, supervision of the implementation of decisions made at meetings, management of various funds and state-owned assets. Other matters include confidentiality, seal and file management, information technology application, and judicial police work such as security, escort, court attendance, and support for trials and executions.
